Park Hyatt Aviara welcomes you to join them for Masters of Food & Wine, a quarterly series of seasonal, locally inspired culinary events.
Our Masters of Food & Wine events will begin with a celebration of Baja California, on Friday, March 7, 2014. Javier Plascencia, celebrity chef from Mision 19, will be joining us to share his culinary creations that are revitalizing Tijuana and bringing Baja to the forefront of international cuisine. Guests will enjoy an evening exploring the shared culinary philosophies of Plascencia and Park Hyatt Aviara chefs, where local, sustainably sourced ingredients are the prime inspiration for simple, artistic dishes. Each course will be prepared with the harvest of Southern Californian farms, and Baja wines originating from vineyards in the Guadalupe Valley will be featured. Artistic installations from a local Tijuana artist will also be showcased.
