At Hyatt, we are deeply rooted in caring for our guests, our neighbors and for one another, especially in times of disaster. In the wake of one of the strongest storms in recorded history, the Hyatt family is coming together to help care for the communities in which we do business and to support those families in the Philippines who have been devastated by this disaster.
To support the immediate care and long-term recovery of the affected communities, Hyatt is donating $50,000 to Mercy Corps, an international nonprofit that helps people around the world survive and thrive after a natural disaster. In addition, we pledge to match the total donations from Hyatt colleagues and guests around the world up to $25,000 through December 6.
At this time, we invite you to join our matching gift campaign for Mercy Corps in the following two ways:
1. You can donate your Hyatt Gold Passport® points in 5,000 point increments. Each 5,000 point donation results in a $25 USD gift to Mercy Corps. To
support this effort, please call Hyatt Gold Passport Customer Service toll free at +1.800.228.3360 in the U.S. and Canada or +1.402.593.8615 when
outside the U.S. and Canada.
No contribution is too small.
We thank you in advance for teaming up with Hyatt and Mercy Corps to demonstrate what the spirit of Hyatt is all about and to show our commitment to the many communities we call home. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me directly.
