The Colony's lounge is a must stop for returning visitors curious to see what bartender Eddie Kim is mixing from his stock of every super-premium vodka imaginable. Eddie's legend, after 32 years, has led to feature film offers, but he prefers to tempt connoisseurs with everything from the classic martini to pineapple express, coconut and lava rock martinis to the fabled Blue Hawaii.
The Colony lounge features an appetizer menu and array of sushi's including Chef's signature item "seared rock ahi sushi".
