Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress is proud to be a partner in the Florida Green Lodging Program and has made conservation central to its renovation. From the start, the hotel has incorporated environmentally-friendly features into the guestroom restyling process. Newly-renovated guestrooms and suites contain a DDC controller with the ability to sense inhabitants and auto-regulate the thermostat accordingly, an energy-conserving ceiling fan, a water-conserving TotoŽ rain shower and bathroom fixtures, a low-flush TotoŽ toilet, compact fluorescent and LED lighting and separate waste receptacles for recyclable materials.
