A Hyatt Gold Passport account number or username is required to sign-in to goldpassport.com. If you cannot remember your Hyatt Gold Passport account number or username, please contact Customer Service. At anytime after you have signed-in you may go to My Profile to change or set your username.
You may set your own password by going to My Profile after you sign-in. If you have received a Temporary Password you must set a new password, and will have the opportunity to do so upon signing-in.
"Remember Me" when I sign-in to the Hyatt Gold Passport site
If you select "Remember Me" a cookie is saved to your computer so that your username or Hyatt Gold Passport account number and other personalized messages about activity in your account and special offers will automatically appear when you access goldpassport.com or hyatt.com. For security reasons, you will still be asked to provide your password in order to access or change your Hyatt Gold Passport account. You must have cookies enabled on your computer in order to take advantage of this functionality.
If accessing from a public or shared computer, please choose "Do Not Remember Me". This option will prohibit any of your personal information from being stored on that computer.
