Hyatt really seems to have service down at their hotels. The staff all seemed truly interested in our stay and comfort. A couple of things really stood out for this hotel. First is the extensive breakfast buffet featuring local Javanese specialties as well as Asian and Western foods. The Regency Club offers a wonderful happy hour with rotating special menu features along with cocktails. And the pool and surrounding amenities ranging from the spa, golf course, and walking/jogging trails were incredible. Even with all these features - it was the staff that was truly amazing.
