We were in Texas for a friend's wedding and Austin was one of our stops. Our room was HUGE and very spacious. They were clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. We especially loved the extra little touches like cookies/popsicles on check-in and free Starbucks on check-out. Things like this really make a difference. We also did valet for the nights we were staying and the staff were always very friendly and fast! The location is also amazing — it's riverside AND right next to the Congress Bridge where everyone watches the bats fly out from underneath the bridge. It's also very close to Terry Black's BBQ and really to Austin's central attractions. We will definitely be staying at the Hyatt again the next time we're in Austin.
