Hyatt Leverage Program Terms & Conditions (“Terms”)

These terms (“Terms”) govern the Hyatt Leverage program (“Hyatt Leverage”) brought to you by the Participating Properties (defined below) in collaboration with Hyatt Corporation and its affiliates. The terms “Hyatt,” “we,” “our,” “us” and other similar terms are used in these Terms for convenience to refer collectively and/or individually to one or more of the Participating Properties and/or Hyatt Corporation and/or one or more of its affiliates and subsidiaries. A list of the Participating Properties can be found on the Hyatt Leverage Site. Please note that the Participating Properties may vary. The “Hyatt Leverage Term” refers to the period of time between the launch of the Hyatt Leverage and its termination, if any. A “Hyatt Leverage Year” means, with respect to a particular Member, the consecutive twelve (12) month period commencing on the date of the Member’s successful enrollment, and each successive twelve (12) month period thereafter during which the Member remains continuously enrolled.

Your participation in the Hyatt Leverage is governed by these Terms. You agree to them by participating in the Hyatt Leverage. It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms. Information about the Hyatt Leverage and these Terms is available on the Hyatt Leverage website, www.hyatt.com/leverage ("Hyatt Leverage Site").
- Membership in Hyatt Leverage is available at Hyatt’s sole and absolute discretion. At a minimum, “Eligible Participants” must be entities legally organized and in good standing under the applicable laws of the jurisdictions in which they were formed. An Eligible Participant who properly enrolls is a “Member“. Hyatt Leverage is primarily intended for entities who are not already a party to, or otherwise eligible to participate in, an active sales agreement with Hyatt or any Hyatt affiliate that makes available to the entity’s employees discounted hotel room nights and/or other discounted stay accommodations at a Hyatt brand level, the national level, or the global level. Hyatt Leverage is not intended for entities with negotiated corporate agreements with Hyatt or any Hyatt affiliate, for government entities, or for commercial use by sellers of travel. Hyatt can determine in its sole and absolute discretion at any time whether an entity is an Eligible Participant. Government entities are not Eligible Participants.
- After joining Hyatt Leverage, the Member remains eligible to participate in Hyatt Leverage for subsequent Hyatt Leverage Years only if the Member’s Member Employees record a minimum of fifty (50) nights of Qualifying Stays in the immediately preceding Hyatt Leverage Year (the “Annual Qualifying Stay Threshold”). If a Member fails to meet the Annual Qualifying Stay Threshold, the Member’s membership is subject to immediate termination by Hyatt in Hyatt’s sole discretion.
- Once an Eligible Participant has successfully enrolled, any of that entity’s direct employees who are at least 18 years of age and the age of majority where they live (each a “Member Employee”) may participate. Participation in Hyatt Leverage is unauthorized in any jurisdiction where all or any portion of Hyatt Leverage may violate any legal requirements, and you agree not to participate in Hyatt Leverage in any such jurisdiction. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws. If participating in Hyatt Leverage would result in you violating any law, rule, regulation, order, or employer policy applicable to you or any agreement to which you are a party, then you are ineligible to participate. As a condition of participating in Hyatt Leverage, you agree that, if reasonably requested by Hyatt, you will provide documentation or other proof of your eligibility or the eligibility of your employee(s) within the requested timeframe.
- A single membership is not transferrable, and cannot be shared, used, pooled, or combined by more than one entity. Each affiliated entity within a corporate structure must enroll separately.
- Hyatt colleagues, including individuals working in any of Hyatt’s corporate offices as well as individuals working at any Hyatt property, are not eligible to participate in Hyatt Leverage.
- Each Member is solely responsible for ensuring membership in Hyatt Leverage does not violate its own policies and, if required, terminating membership in Hyatt Leverage.
- Upon completing your enrollment, you will receive a member number for your Hyatt Leverage account (“Member Number”). Hyatt may change your Member Number at any time.
- Each Member must be enrolled by a Member Employee who is duly authorized by the Member to complete enrollment and to administer the membership on the Member’s behalf (an “Administrator”).
- By completing the enrollment process, the Administrator represents and warrants, and you agree, that the Administrator has the necessary authority to bind the Member to these Terms. For purposes of this Hyatt Leverage, notice by Hyatt to the Administrator at the contact information provided by such Administrator shall constitute sufficient notice to Member.
- Prior to enrolling Member, the Administrator must either enroll in the World of Hyatt program or, if already enrolled in the World of Hyatt program, provide the Administrator’s World of Hyatt program number. A Member account may be associated with a Member’s World of Hyatt number or an Administrator World of Hyatt number; regardless of whether the Member World of Hyatt number or Administrator World of Hyatt number is used, such account shall be referred to as the “Member Administrator account” for the purposes of Hyatt Leverage.
- The Member’s Member Number will be affiliated with either the Member’s World of Hyatt number or the Administrator’s World of Hyatt number, although activity, benefits eligibility, and/or benefits redemption in one program will have no impact on the other program except as expressly set forth in these Terms or in the World of Hyatt Terms. The World of Hyatt program is subject to the World of Hyatt Terms, available at www.hyatt.com/help/terms/world-of-hyatt, which are subject to change at any time in Hyatt’s sole discretion. By enrolling and participating in Hyatt Leverage, you understand and agree that the Administrator (or a substitute Administrator) must maintain an active World of Hyatt account for your membership in Hyatt Leverage to remain active. You may change your Administrator at any time by modifying your account information on the Hyatt Leverage Site.
- By enrolling and/or maintaining membership in Hyatt Leverage, Administrator is required to ensure s/he has fully disclosed Hyatt Leverage and all benefits hereof, including any benefits that may personally accrue to or be given to Administrator, to the Member.
- This Hyatt Leverage may offer a discount (the ”Discount”) to Member Employees for stays associated with individual reservations booked by such Member Employees at a Qualifying Rate (defined below) at a Participating Property and that reference the Member’s Member Number (“Qualifying Stays”). The Hyatt Leverage Discount applies only to the Qualifying Rate (as defined below) and does not apply to event space, room blocks, group events, stays or rates that have been previously negotiated, food and beverage purchases, purchases of goods or services at spas, salons or other outlets, taxes, fees (including but not limited to resort or destination fees), service charges, gratuities, incidentals, and other purchases or charges that are not a Qualifying Rate.
- A Qualifying Stay must be booked directly with Hyatt or a Participating Property, or through another channel designated by Hyatt, by a Member Employee, and include the Member’s Member Number. Stays booked through any other channel, including Global Distribution Systems, travel management companies, travel agencies, or any other third-party channel, are not Qualifying Stays.
- A “Qualifying Rate” is a rack or standard rate. All other rates, including qualified promotional, commissionable, complimentary, bartered, group, group discount, layover, crew, and employee rates are not Qualifying Rates. A portion of an offered rate may reflect taxes, service charges, gratuities, and third-party charges for certain included items, and those costs will not contribute to the Qualifying Rate for purposes of calculating and applying the Discount.
- A stay that is not associated with a Member Number is not a Qualifying Stay, and the Discount will not apply to such stay.
- A “Participating Property” is a property operating under a Participating Hyatt Brand that elects in its sole discretion to offer the Discount to Members. “Participating Hyatt Brands” include the Hyatt, Park Hyatt, Grand Hyatt, Hyatt Regency, Andaz, Alila, Thompson Hotels, Hyatt Centric, The Unbound Collection by Hyatt, Caption by Hyatt, Destination by Hyatt, JdV by Hyatt, Dream, The Standard, The StandardX, Bunkhouse, Hyatt Place, Hyatt House, and Hyatt Studios. Participating Properties do not include hotels or other non-hotel accommodations operating under any other brand. The Participating Hyatt Brands are subject to change at any time in Hyatt’s sole discretion. An individual property may decide in its sole discretion from time to time whether to participate in Hyatt Leverage as a Participating Property.
- The Discount will vary based on the sole discretion of the applicable Participating Property and will be communicated prior to or at the time of booking. Participating Properties may adjust the applicable Discount at any time for any reason. Reservations are subject to availability at the applicable Participating Property, the Discount may not always be available, and Participating Properties may allocate limited inventory to the Discount.
- The Discount may not be combined with any other discount unless expressly authorized by the terms of both discounts.
- To make reservations eligible for the Discount, call 800-233-1234 (in the US or Canada), or visit hyatt.com to book online or to find the number for a Hyatt Global Care Center. A Member Employee must provide the applicable Member Number at the time of booking (either through the online booking path or by phone to the reservation agent) to receive the Discount.
- The Discount only applies to Qualifying Stays that a Member Employee has planned, that have actualized, and that have been paid for in full. The Discount will be applied during the Hyatt Leverage Term for new Qualifying Stays only. The Discount will not be retroactively applied for previously booked or held stays or for stays that booked or held prior to a Member’s enrollment in Hyatt Leverage. Qualifying Stays booked before the Hyatt Leverage Term or booked after the Hyatt Leverage Term will not be eligible for the Discount.
- A Participating Property may require that a Member Employee verify his or her employment status with the Member at check-in by providing reasonably sufficient documentary evidence of employment, such as a business card, company ID or company credit card.
- The Discount applies only to the Qualifying Rate and does not apply to applicable taxes, fees (including but not limited to resort fees), gratuities, service charges, or incidental charges.
- If a Participating Property ceases to be owned, leased, managed, franchised, or licensed by Hyatt or otherwise ceases to be a Participating Property, the Discount will not apply to an otherwise qualifying stay at that property, even if the stay was booked when the property was a Participating Property.
- The sale, exchange, transfer, or barter of Hyatt Leverage benefits other than as expressly authorized by Hyatt is prohibited. Hyatt Leverage benefits that have been transferred, sold, assigned, or used or attempted to be used in violation of these Terms may be canceled.
- A Member’s Administrator may earn two (2) Tier-Qualifying Night credits for every five-thousand U.S. Dollars ($5,000 USD) (or equivalent in foreign currency) in Eligible Spend (defined below), up to sixty (60) Tier-Qualifying Night credits per calendar year.
- For the purposes of Hyatt Leverage, “Eligible Spend” is room rates paid for stays where a Member Employee (other than the Administrator) (a) is the registered guest, (b) provided his/her World of Hyatt number before or at check-in, (c) provided the Member’s Hyatt Leverage number at the time of reservation, and (d) paid a Qualifying Rate with the Discount applied. The registered guest whose name appears on the reservation must be a World of Hyatt member in good standing. Spend is not Eligible Spend if it (i) is for stays without a World of Hyatt number at the time of check-in or not associated with a Hyatt Leverage code, (ii) is on rates without the Discount applied, (iii) is on any rate that is not a Qualifying Rate, or (iv) otherwise does not meet the requirements of Eligible Spend. In addition, spend on products or services other than room rate, including without limitation resort/destination fees, additional cleaning fees, spa, food, beverage and lounge expenditures, laundry or dry-cleaning charges, telephone fees, membership fees, and amounts paid to a third party, and taxes do not count as Eligible Spend.
- Eligible Spend over two or more Hyatt Leverage accounts, even if for the same Member, cannot be combined and will not be considered together for the purposes of Hyatt Leverage, even if they are for the same company or have the same Administrator.
- Neither the Member nor the Member’s Administrator will earn Tier-Qualifying Night credits under Hyatt Leverage for spend on a stay if the Administrator’s World of Hyatt membership number is associated with the stay. Administrators will still be able to earn benefits under the World of Hyatt program when staying in their individual capacity in accordance with the World of Hyatt program terms.
- Please allow up to six (6) weeks for Tier-Qualifying Night credits to be deposited into Member Administrator’s World of Hyatt Account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your Member Number.
- Hyatt is entitled to act on instructions received under a Member’s Member Number. Members are responsible for keeping their Member Number and other membership information confidential. Hyatt is not responsible for any actions taken by anyone using a Member’s Member Number on behalf of, or purportedly on behalf of, the Member.
- Any errors or omissions on transactions undertaken in connection with a Member’s account must be reported in writing to Hyatt within 90 days of the error in order for Hyatt to reconcile the error or omission.
- Hyatt can correct, modify, or rescind any benefits applied to a Member or a Member’s account in error and/or not legitimately earned in accordance with these Terms.
- A Member may voluntarily terminate membership in Hyatt Leverage at any time for any reason by contacting Hyatt at the contact information provided on the Hyatt Leverage Site. Once you submit a termination request, termination is irreversible, and your account will be closed and all benefits of any type forfeited.
- Membership may be discontinued by Hyatt at any time for any reason, including without limitation due to a Member’s limited activity in Hyatt Leverage. Should a Member fail to meet the Annual Qualifying Stay Threshold, Hyatt may, in its sole discretion, terminate such Member’s membership. This threshold may be updated by Hyatt at any time, and satisfying the Annual Qualifying Stay Threshold does not guarantee that your membership will continue.
- Hyatt may immediately, without notice, limit or terminate your membership if, in its sole discretion, you (including your Member Employees or Administrator): (i) have no or minimal qualifying activities, as determined by Hyatt in its sole discretion; (ii) violate these Terms or any other applicable additional terms or appear to be utilizing Hyatt Leverage in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the intent of Hyatt Leverage; (iii) fail to promptly pay bills or book stays or other qualifying activity for which bills are not promptly paid; (iv) are suspected or found to be acting in an abusive or fraudulent manner or engaging in any conduct that artificially, improperly, or deceptively impacts the accumulation, use, or loss of benefits (including without limitation use of any “bot,” macro, or other automated means of participating in Hyatt Leverage); (v) attempt to transfer your account or benefit or awards to another Member or a third party, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by Hyatt; (vi) make any misrepresentation in connection with Hyatt Leverage; (vii) impair the normal functioning of the Hyatt Leverage Site or Hyatt Leverage; (viii) disturb other guests or otherwise disrupt or impair the normal operation of Hyatt or any Participating Property; (ix) act in a manner detrimental to Hyatt, a Hyatt employee or colleague, other Member, or any third party (including without limitation behaving towards any Hyatt employee or colleague or Hyatt guest in any manner that is abusive, harassing, threatening, derogatory, disrespectful, lewd, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate, all as determined by Hyatt in its sole discretion); or (x) act in any manner inconsistent with local, state, provincial, national, or federal laws, regulations, orders, or other rules.
- If your membership is terminated for any reason, you will lose all Discounts, awards, and benefits associated with your account, and you will no longer be able to earn or redeem any benefits in Hyatt Leverage. Your future participation in Hyatt Leverage may also be prohibited in Hyatt’s sole discretion.
- HYATT LEVERAGE IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN AS-IS, AS-AVAILABLE BASIS, WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HYATT AND THE OWNERS, OPERATORS, FRANCHISEES, DIRECTORS, MANAGERS, AND EMPLOYEES OF ANY HYATT PROPERTY (COLLECTIVELY, THE “HYATT PARTIES”) MAKE NO REPRESENTATION ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF HYATT LEVERAGE FOR YOU. THE HYATT PARTIES SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. YOUR PARTICIPATION IN HYATT LEVERAGE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
- WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE HYATT PARTIES DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION RELATED TO HYATT LEVERAGE IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, USEFUL, TIMELY, OR CURRENT OR THAT HYATT LEVERAGE WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR. DESPITE COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE EFFORTS, THE LEVERAGE SITE AND OTHER PROGRAM MATERIALS MAY CONTAIN TYPOGRAPHICAL OR OTHER ERRORS OR INACCURACIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, REGARDING THE AMOUNT OR VALUE OF DISCOUNTS, A PARTICULAR AWARD, OR ANY OTHER BENEFITS OF HYATT LEVERAGE OR WHAT IS REQUIRED TO EARN THOSE BENEFITS, OR THE ABILITY TO REDEEM OR RECEIVE A BENEFIT. NO HYATT PARTY WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SUCH ERROR, TYPO, OR MISPRINT IN THESE TERMS OR ANY HYATT LEVERAGE MATERIALS. HYATT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO VOID OR REFUSE TO PROCESS ANY BENEFIT OR TRANSACTION ARISING OUT OF SUCH AN ERROR, TYPO, OR MISPRINT.
- HYATT PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY OTHER MEMBER, THIRD PARTY OR HYATT LEVERAGE PARTNER OR ANY PARTNER’S LOYALTY OR REWARDS PROGRAM.
- IN NO EVENT WILL A HYATT PARTY BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH HYATT LEVERAGE. YOU AGREE THAT THE HYATT PARTIES’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF HYATT LEVERAGE AND THESE TERMS, WILL NOT EXCEED THE LESSER OF TEN UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($10) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, DIRECTLY SPECIFIC TO PARTICIPATION IN HYATT LEVERAGE, PLUS ANY PREVAILING PARTY COSTS OR FEES RECOVERABLE PURSUANT TO APPLICABLE LAW. THE FOREGOING LIMITATIONS WILL APPLY EVEN IF THE ABOVE STATED REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
- THESE LIMITATIONS APPLY TO YOU AND, TO THE EXTENT LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE, TO YOUR MEMBER EMPLOYEES. YOU MAY BE OBLIGATED TO COMMUNICATE THESE LIMITATIONS TO YOUR MEMBER EMPLOYEES.
- THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE THE HYATT PARTIES’ LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR TANGIBLE PROPERTY DAMAGE CAUSED BY THE HYATT PARTIES, OR FOR THE HYATT PARTIES’ GROSS NEGLIGENCE, FRAUD, OR INTENTIONAL, WILLFUL, MALICIOUS, OR RECKLESS MISCONDUCT.
- This entire section will survive the termination of this Hyatt Leverage and your membership in it.
- HYATT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE HYATT LEVERAGE AT ANY TIME. ANY DISCOUNTS, AWARDS, OR OTHER BENEFITS THAT YOU EARNED OR THAT ARE IN YOUR ACCOUNT OR OTHERWISE HELD BY YOU ON THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF TERMINATION WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS HYATT ANNOUNCES OTHERWISE. Hyatt and Participating Properties may determine in their sole discretion how to handle any Discounts or other benefits relating to activities occurring after the effective date of termination of Hyatt Leverage. Such discretion may include declining to provide any Discounts or benefits after the effective date of the termination.
- Hyatt reserves the right to modify these Terms from time to time by providing reasonable notice to Members. Hyatt will notify Members of changes to the Terms by posting them to the Hyatt Leverage Site and may also notify you by email or mail to the address then associated with your account. The updated Terms will be effective as of the time of posting, or upon such later date or by such other method as specified by Hyatt. Unless otherwise stated, the updated Terms will apply to your participation in Hyatt Leverage beginning as of their effective date.
- In addition, Hyatt reserves the right to, from time to time, among other things: change, withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any Discount, benefit, or program inclusion; increase or alter the requirements to earn or use a Discount or benefit; modify the benefits available under Hyatt Leverage; and any other changes that Hyatt determines in its sole discretion. Hyatt may limit the number of Members in Hyatt Leverage and may temporarily or permanently discontinue registering new Members at any time and for any reason without notice.
- Except as expressly set forth herein, this Hyatt Leverage has no connection to any other program operated or offered by Hyatt.
- Hyatt Leverage, membership in it, the awarding and provision of Discounts or benefits are void where prohibited by law. All aspects of Hyatt Leverage are subject to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Discounts and/or any other benefits in Hyatt Leverage may be subject to taxes, and any required disclosure and tax liability is the sole responsibility of each Member and such Member’s employees.
- Members are responsible for notifying Hyatt of any email address, phone number or name changes. Hyatt may, in its sole discretion, request legal documentation in support of Member corporate name changes.
- Hyatt Leverage, these Terms, and any disputes between you and Hyatt associated with Hyatt Leverage or these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without reference to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction over any cause of action arising out of or related to Hyatt Leverage or these Terms will be in courts located in or having jurisdiction over the State of Illinois, USA. You further agree to submit to the exercise of personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim or action.
- If any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of these Terms will govern such participation.
- These Terms constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and Hyatt with respect to Hyatt Leverage. These Terms supersede all prior or contemporaneous terms, communications, agreements, advertising, and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, with respect to this Hyatt Leverage. You acknowledge that you have not been induced to enter into these Terms by any representations or promises not specifically stated in these Terms.
- You agree that nothing contained in these Terms is in derogation of Hyatt’s right to comply with law enforcement or governmental requests or requirements relating to your participation in Hyatt Leverage or information provided to or gathered by Hyatt with respect to such participation.
- A printed version of the Terms and of any notice given by Hyatt in electronic form will be admissible in judicial, arbitrative, or administrative proceedings relating to these Terms or your participation in Hyatt Leverage to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained by Hyatt in printed form.
- In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between the English language version and another version of these Terms in a different language, the English version will prevail and control.
- The Hyatt Parties are not responsible or liable to you, or any person claiming through you, for failure to supply or fulfill a Discount or benefit in Hyatt Leverage in the event Hyatt Leverage is affected by any acts of god, any action, regulation, order or request by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity, technical failure, actual or threatened terrorist act, weather, natural phenomenon, war (declared or undeclared), fire, embargo, labor dispute or strike, labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any law, rule, regulation or order or other action adopted or taken by any national, federal, state, provincial, or local government authority, or any other cause, even if or not specifically mentioned above.
- If and to the extent that there is any conflict among or between the Hyatt Leverage Site, other Hyatt Leverage marketing materials and these Terms, these Terms will govern. Hyatt’s failure to or decision not to enforce any provision in the Terms will not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Terms will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. All interpretations of these Terms shall be at Hyatt’s sole discretion. All such decisions are final and binding on you and you agree to abide by them.
- A Member’s Administrator, and any other person or entity to whom such Member Administrator grants access to Member’s Hyatt Leverage account, shall have access through the Hyatt Leverage Site to certain information regarding Member Employee Qualifying Stays (“Stay Information”). Stay Information may include (but shall not be limited to) traveler name, check-in and check-out dates, applicable Participating Property, applicable Discount, and applicable rate. Hyatt makes such Stay Information available to Member so Member may, without limitation, monitor Hyatt Leverage activity undertaken in connection with Member’s Member Number. Member affirms that it is authorized to provide, request and receive Stay Information regarding Member employees in connection with Member employee Qualifying Stays.
- Hyatt and Participating Properties will protect and use Stay Information about Member employees provided and/or collected in connection with this Agreement (and all other information you and/or your employees submit or provide to Hyatt in connection with Hyatt Leverage) in accordance with Hyatt’s applicable Privacy Policies, available at privacy.hyatt.com.
- You further agree (i) to inform your employees (as applicable) that that any Hyatt Leverage activity they undertake, including details regarding travel using your Member Number, is subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and (ii) to inform employees (as applicable) where they may access these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
